Program Overview
The Multimedia Technology–Digital Design program at Hallandale Magnet High School builds students’ creative and technical skills in graphic design, digital imaging, branding, and visual communication. Through hands-on projects using industry-standard Adobe software, students create logos, marketing materials, and multimedia content while developing a professional portfolio. Students can earn Adobe certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, giving them a competitive edge in the creative field. Graduates leave prepared for careers or further study in digital design, marketing, and modern creative technologies.

Program Offers
The Multimedia Technology – Digital Design program is open to students in grades 9th–12th. Open to all students with an interest in graphic design, digital media, branding, or creative technology. No prior design experience is required. Students complete a digital design course sequence covering graphic design fundamentals, digital imaging, layout design, branding, and multimedia production. Coursework includes hands-on projects using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Students are encouraged to pursue Adobe industry certifications and develop a professional digital portfolio demonstrating their skills. The courses offered are below:
